Curieux d'observer cette GT3-R hybride aux 24h du mans, Porsche pourrait bien remporter la catégorie GT à la première participation si l'ACO homologue ce modèle dans la dite catégorie. Jean Todt dont l'un des objectifs est de rendre le sport-auto socialement acceptable doit suivre de prêt l'initiative.

Spied: Road-going Porsche 911 GT3 Hybrid
Following the launch of its 911 GT3 R Hybrid racecar, Porsche appears to be readying a road-going version of the greener supercar. Our spy photographers have just sent us the first images of what appears to be a 911 GT3 Hybrid for the streets.
Caught in Germany, this GT3 test vehicle is sporting nearly the exact same bodywork we’ve seen on the GT3 R Hybrid race car. Specifically, we see the same vents on top of the rear fender as well as the air intakes that appear just in front of the rear fender.
Only time will tell exactly how much of the race car’s powertrain will make it into this “regular” GT3 hybrid model. The racing version of the hybrid produced more than 500 horsepower, which would make for one wild production car.
