Dans la revue TopGear, James May clame aimer la 12C mais déteste son système de navigation, il semblerait que ce soit aussi le cas d'Harry Metcalfe. Face à l'opprobre un propriétaire a gentiment rédigé un manuel à l'attention de James May, poilant mais instructif. Voici donc la navigation Mclaren pour les nuls.

Comme le lien initial sur le documentaire de la BBC sur la MP4-12C et son usine avait été censuré par You-Tube (copyright ?), le voici à nouveau mais posté sur Youtube par McLaren.

Malgré des ventes (dites) solides Mclaren Automotive annonce (avec retard) une perte de £69m sur 2011.
